Peter J. Engel, MD, FACC
Background
Dr. Engel is a nationally recognized clinical researcher and the Medical Director for the Ohio Heart & Vascular Center’s Pulmonary Hypertension Program at The Christ Hospital. Before settling into private practice in Cincinnati, Dr. Engel worked as a Consultant in Cardiology to the Aeromedical Consultant Service at The US Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine at Brooks AFB in Texas where he served as Director of both the Noninvasive and Cardiac Catherization Laboratories. At the University of Cincinnati, he served as Director of the Echocardiography Lab and the Cardiac Catherization Lab, as well.
